PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module wherein a driving motor 38 and a sensor 16 used for a compact camera module incorporating an automatic focusing (AF) function and a zooming function, and also, a flexible substrate 40 to supply power and transmit a signal to the driving motor 38 and the sensor 16 are accurately fixed with simple and inexpensive constitution without requiring man-hours and a coagulation time when assembling it, and also, the connection part of the flexible substrate 40 with the driving motor 38 and the sensor 16 is not easily peeled even when the flexible substrate 40 is caught by something. SOLUTION: In the driving motor 38, a first end face where a gear 38a for transmitting driving force to a lens driving mechanism is provided is supported by a support surface part 41a provided to the motor base 41 of the camera module, and a second end face opposite to the first end face is energized and fixed by a driving source pressing member 42 fixed by a plurality of locking parts provided to the motor base 41 so that the second end face can be energized toward the support surface part 41a.
