摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves collecting, recording and processing dental hard tissue state data using special-purpose bioenergetic indicator composed of 0.1% amino acids mixture like treonine, aspartic, glutamic acid, glycine, valine, serine, triptophane, 0.5% Dophamine solution, 12% magnesium sulfate solution, taken in 4:1:6 proportion. The indicator is placed on transparent plate and bioenergetic tooth surface field is recorded. Then, the indicator is dried at +36-+37°C and examined under microscope in penetrating polarized light with quartz compensator. When detecting complete and half-complete structures of fuzzy radial-annular spheroliths in the amount of 20-29%, low level caries development is stated. The value is equal to 30-39%, moderate level is the case; 40% and higher - high level caries development is the case. Complete and half-complete structures of radial-annular spheroliths having marked rim being detected, carious process is considered to be initiated. Complete radial-annular spherolith structures having rim as thin contour being detected, normal state is considered to be the case. ^ EFFECT: improved diagnosis quality. ^ 8 dwg
