BUILDING CONFIRMATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a user to easily and surely recognize statuses of sites of respective apartments in a multiple dwelling building.

SOLUTION: A digital camera 10 photographs a QR code 14 having information for specifying each apartment of the apartment building and an on-site picture of each apartment as a subject 12. The QR code 14 is decoded and is transmitted to a mail server 18 in a form of e-mail together with the on-site picture and furthermore transmitted to an ASP server 20. The on-site picture of each apartment is stored in a database in association with the information of the QR code and provided to the user in response to a request from a PC 22. The user can visually recognize the on-site picture of an apartment which the user has purchased, at arbitrary timing.
