<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of tools for defining the tumor position when laparoscopic colon resection is performed by hands but it is impalpable and should be examined visibly, and the operator can recognize visibly the tumor position occurring in the intestine with accuracy and ease in real time from intestinal tract tunica serosa side. <P>SOLUTION: The tool set includes a tubular proctoscope 1 having a length enough to insert it in a rectum deeply, a mandrin 3, and a longitudinal electric light rod 2 capable of projecting forward from the tip of the tubular proctoscope 1.
