PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase difference film in which a retardation value shows wavelength dependence of a reverse distribution type wherein the retardation value at a short wavelength side is smaller than that at a long wavelength side and which is excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: The phase difference film which has a phase difference layer containing a urethane base resin and in which retardation value shows wavelength dependence of the reverse distribution type is provided.
