PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead chip plate for stringently managing the temperature in a reaction field. SOLUTION: The present invention utilizes thermochromic molecules or a low-critical-solution-temperature polymer for measuring the temperature in the reaction field. A well is provided in the vicinity of a capillary for receiving beads, and encapsulates a solution of the thermochromic molecule or the low-critical-solution-temperature polymer.
