ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE PROTECTION CIRCUIT FOR HIGH FREQUENCY CIRCUIT OF DIFFERENTIAL STRUCTURE

An electrostatic discharge protection circuit for high frequency circuit of a differential structure is provided to discharge static electricity having a low frequency by using a common electrostatic discharge bus. A high frequency circuit is formed with a differential structure. A first transformer(501) and a second transformer(502) as matching circuits are formed at an input terminal and an output terminal of a high frequency circuit of a differential structure. A common electrostatic discharge bus(505) is formed at the outside of the high frequency circuit and is connected to a grounding part of the high frequency circuit. A primary grounding part of the first transformer is connected to a secondary grounding part of the second transformer. A first electrostatic discharge element is connected between the common electrostatic discharge bus and a supply voltage pad. A second electrostatic discharge element is connected between the common electrostatic discharge bus and a bias pad.
