PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition which has an excellent thixotropy and can be formed into a film having low electric resistance even after having been heated for a short time, and to provide a method for forming the conductive film using the conductive composition, and the conductive film having the low electric resistance. SOLUTION: The conductive composition includes silver oxide, secondary aliphatic acid silver salt containing up to 7 carbon atoms, aliphatic acid containing at least 8 carbon atoms, and/or aliphatic acid silver salt containing at least 8 carbon atoms, and a solvent. The method for forming the conductive film uses the conductive composition. The conductive film obtained by the method for forming the conductive film has the low electrical resistance.
