PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly forecast the collapse form of a vehicle panel at a collision or the like in spite of a simple constitution and to facilitate the design of a safety structure. SOLUTION: In the vehicular panel formed by mixing a fiber and a binder resin and used as an outer sheath member and an interior member of a vehicle, the panel 10 has a rigid part 20 formed in high density, and a fragile part 30 formed between the rigid parts 20 in a surface direction and formed in lower density than the rigid part 20.
