A picture panel structure printed with patterns for preventing attachment of posters and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure good advertising effect for a long time by integrating patterns in a urethane resin layer and to facilitate works by attaching the patterns by a thermal transfer film. A picture panel structure printed with patterns for preventing attachment of posters is composed of: a urethane resin layer(20) formed on the background surface(10) of the structure; a thermal transfer pattern layer(30) integrally formed by melting patterns of a thermal transfer film on the surface of the urethane resin layer; and a transparent attachment preventing paint layer(40) formed on the surface of the urethane resin layer integrated with the thermal transfer pattern layer to prevent posters from being attached.
