<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil which can prevent cracks on a connector case when used in a plug hole having an open end, and can prevent water from entering the plug hole. <P>SOLUTION: In an ignition coil 1, an axial end 111 of a cylinder 11 having a cylindrical primary coil 21 and a cylindrical secondary coil 22 is inserted into an insertion hole 30 of a connector case 3, the cylinder 11 is disposed in the plug hole 81 of an engine 8, and an annular sealing member 4 attached to the cylinder 11 is inserted into an open end 82 of a plug hole 81. An insertion position A where the axial end 111 of the cylinder 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 30 of the connector case 3, and an insertion position B where the sealing member 4 is inserted into the open end 82 of the plug hole 81, are displaced from each other in an axial direction L of the cylinder 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
