PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen confectionery made through utilizing Carbon dioxide Hydrate and having exciting palate feeling. SOLUTION: The frozen confectionery comprises gas hydrate 102 containing carbon dioxide gas as guest gas such as slurry-state gas hydrate 102 (sherbet or frozen beverage)generated by admixing carbon dioxide gas into water at specified temperature (for example -5°C) pressurized by specified pressure (for example, 20 atmospheric pressure), and stirring the water.
