<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel, which is used for various kinds of electronic equipment, capable of making stable electrical connection/disconnection in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel is constituted by forming a groove part in the vicinity of an intersection part 9A of a slit 9 formed on an upper conductive layer 3 with a predetermined shape.
