PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air compressor including a removable or variable structure to allow installing or storing in various receptacles, with an outlet pipe of the air compressor adjusted in different angle positions or directions. SOLUTION: This air compressor includes a piston slidably stored in a cylinder housing, and a motor 50 joined to the piston so as to move the piston to the cylinder housing by reciprocating operation for generating pressurized air. A cover is fixed to be removable on a top part of the cylinder housing. The cover includes the outlet pipe having a division to be connected to the cylinder housing for receiving the pressurized air from the cylinder housing, and also includes an inlet blocked up by a check valve device. The cover can be adjusted and fixed to the cylinder housing for adjusting the inlet to a different position to the cylinder housing and for preventing the inlet from being blocked up by an object.
