A sky simulator for daylighting evaluation is provided to perform scale-down model experiment of natural daylighting by implementing overcast sky artificially. A frame comprises a cylindrical part(15) installed on the bottom and a hemispherical part(16) installed on the top of the cylindrical part, and the inside of the hemispherical part is finished with a diffusive material. An artificial light source(50) is installed between the bottom of the frame and the top of the cylindrical part, and controls brightness and illumination angle independently. An exhaust member(19) exhausts air in the frame. A temperature control member(60) controls temperature in the frame. A height control unit(80) controls height of a scale-down model. A blocking member(54) is installed in front of the artificial light source, and prevents a direct ray of light of the artificial light source from being incident on the scale-down model. |
