PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificially producible heat disease model non-human animal (especially cardiac hypertrophy and congestive cardiomyopathy non-human model animal), to provide a method for screening an agent for preventing/treating a heat disease with a model animal, to provide a test method for specifying a heat disease remedy, and the like. SOLUTION: The heart disease transgenic model non-human mammal holding, in a somatic chromosome, a DNA (DUSP 13 gene, variant DUSP 13 gene, DUSP 26 gene, or variant DUSP 26 gene) having a variation in a part of amino acids and encoding Dual Specificity Phosphatase.
