A heating flux adjusting valve for a distributor is provided to adjust a scale indicated on a handle to a scale formed in a housing and to reduce noise and bubble of hot water passing through the valve. A heating flux adjusting valve for a distributor includes a valve housing(110), a spindle head(130), a spindle coupling bolt(140), a spindle(150), a bushing(170), and a handle(180). The valve housing has an inlet, an internal passage, a tube projected along the passage and an indraft part, and an outlet. The spindle head slides in the valve housing passage and has several discharge holes connected to the outlet. The spindle coupling bolt is connected with the spindle head and has a slide groove on the bottom surface. The spindle has a guide connected with the slide groove of the spindle coupling bolt and has an O-ring on the outer surface. The bushing has a screw connected with the spindle coupling bolt. The handle to which the lower part of the spindle is fitted is combined with the bushing.
