A telephone with a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) function is provided to use a telephone function and the DMB function through one apparatus, while a user can watch digital broadcasting even during a call or in idle state when the telephone is not used, thereby realizing economic efficiency. A display device outputs video data. A speaker device outputs voice data. A function key selects a DMB function. A general telephone unit processes a telephone function in connection with a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network). When the DMB function is selected by the function key, a DMB unit receives DMB data from the outside to output the received data to the display device and the speaker device. |
