A method for manufacturing a heating case is provided to neutralize or remove toxic components contained in a building and adjust the humidity within the building, by using steam containing toxic neutralizing or removing materials. A lid(120) having a steam outlet(121) covers an upper side of a trunk type body(110). A vaporizing room(111) is disposed below the body, and a water trunk is disposed outside the body. A water supply pipe(133) is connected between the water trunk and the vaporizing room to supply water of the water trunk to the vaporizing room automatically. The water supply pipe has a water supply valve for supplying the water according to the water level of the vaporizing room. A thermal line is positioned across the vaporizing room to boil the water supplied to the vaporizing room. A plurality of receiving spaces are formed above the vaporizing room by a multi-layer partition members. Cartridge type toxic neutralizing or removing materials such as vegetable members, soil, or mineral members, are received in the receiving spaces. When the steam passes through the toxic neutralizing or removing materials received in the receiving spaces, the steam contains the toxic neutralizing or removing materials.
