A thin client server is provided to easily carry out maintaining work for a terminal device server to improve user serviceability. Three terminal device server (102a-102c) are configured to mutually holding data in a mirror reflection state, are disposed in places where local time is different from each other by eight hours, and are eliminated in turn from an internet (104) at every period of eight hours for maintaining work. Computer terminal devices (103a-103n) ask a connection determining server (101) through the internet (104) which terminal device servers (102a-102c) should be connected with, connects with the terminal device server determined by the connection determining server (101), and remotely controls the terminal device server to execute its own software.
