<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outboard motor capable of arranging a plurality of electrical units below an engine room of the outboard motor, mounting the plurality of electrical units on an engine or on an engine side forming a vibration source and supporting them thereby, and mounting and supporting a plurality of electrical units in a vibration-isolating manner by a common (one) supporting member while mounting and supporting the electrical units on the engine or the engine side. <P>SOLUTION: In the outboard motor, at least a part of an engine room is constituted of an engine cover, a plurality of electrical units 20, 21 for storing electric contacts are mounted on and supported by an engine 5 by using a common bracket 22, and the bracket is mounted on and supported by the engine via a rubber mount 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
