PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the dimensional precision of a resin molded product by making it hard to cause positional shift or deformation in the member inserted in a mold when the resin molded product is prepared by the mold. SOLUTION: The plate-shaped member 11, which is inserted within the thickness of a resin product molded by a mold 31, is molded from a resin. A chamfering shape 12 for distributing and guiding the molding material injected from the injection gate 34 of the mold 31 arranged in opposed relation to the edge surface part of the inserted member 11 is provided to the edge surface part of the inserted member 11.
