PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably carry out both of cooking with water and cooking without water on the basis of selection of a user. SOLUTION: When the user wants to carry out cooking with water, cooking with water is selected by a with-water key 25 in a state with water in a pan 12. Then, a controller controls upper and lower heaters 10, 11 to automatically carry out cooking with water. When the user wants to carry out cooking without water, cooking without water is selected by a without-water key 26 in a state without water in the pan 12.
