PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage apparatus having a preferable strength as the storage apparatus, easy assemblability, and a changeable storage space. SOLUTION: The storage apparatus includes a plurality of hanging rail members 3 attached to a wall surface 1 so as to be parallel to a floor surface and horizontally fixed, and shelf panels 4 fixed to the hanging rails, and side panels or partition panels locked to the shelf panels 4. In the storage apparatus, an engaging fitting 41 at the rear end of the shelf panel 4 is inserted from the front side of the hanging rail member 3 to hook and fix the shelf panel 4 to the hanging rail member 3, and only the side ends of the shelf panel 4 are mounted and locked with the side panels or partition panels.
