PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack capable of improving energy converting efficiency between sound energy and heat energy and uniformly securing energy converting efficiency of every product. SOLUTION: This stack 3 disposed in a loop pipe 2 and having pores for converting energy between sound energy and heat energy in the loop pipe 2, has plane sheets 31 including natural fiber and resin fiber, and wavy sheets 32 including natural fiber and resin fiber, and these plane sheets 31 and wavy sheets 32 are alternately disposed. The plural sheets of plane sheets 31 composed of natural fiber and resin fiber are adhered/stacked while alternately displacing their adhesion positions, and these sheets are separated from each other to form a conduction passage 30 at the last.
