PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition improving the compatibility between a polycarbonate resin and a polyolefinic resin and having characteristics of impact and chemical resistances, fluidity, etc., without causing lamellar separation. SOLUTION: A polycarbonate-hydrogenated polybutadiene copolymer has repeating units (I) and (II) of specific structures. The polycarbonate resin composition is obtained as follows. The polycarbonate-hydrogenated polybutadiene copolymer (iii) in an amount of 0.1-30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of a mixture of 45-99 mass% of the polycarbonate resin (i) with 55-1 mass% of the polyolefinic resin (ii) is compounded therewith.
