PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitutional member for speaker apparatus which is superior in the protection nature of design and can enhance design nature. SOLUTION: The constitutional member for speaker apparatus comprises a translucent film material and a fiber based material wherein designs such as characters, figures, patterns, and the like, are printed on the design surface of the translucent film material. The design surface is stuck to one side of the fiber-based material through adhesive, and the design is covered with the translucent film material when it is viewed from the other side of the translucent film material opposing the design surface. When the constitutional member for speaker system is placed under harsh environment; designs such as characters, figures, patterns, and the like, printed on the design surface of the translucent film material are protected by the translucent film material, even when some external force is applied to the constitutional member for speaker system and thereby the designs can be prevented from being peeled off and the protection nature of design can be enhanced.
