An RFID communication system is provided with an antenna (21), which performs read/write communication with an RFID tag (3) attached to an object, and a reflecting plate (28) arranged at a position for receiving electromagnetic waves (6) from the antenna (21), for reflecting the electromagnetic waves (6) toward the RFID tag (3) by rotating. The electromagnetic waves (6) from the antenna (21) which performs read/write communication with the RFID tag (3) attached to the object are reflected toward the RFID tag (3) by the rotating reflecting plate (28), and read/write communication is performed between the antenna (21) and the RFID tag (3).
