<p>A natural vacuum leak detection device with a magnetic damping is provided to reduce a resonance generated from a poppet by installing a magnet, which generates a friction against an iron member fixed to a housing, in the poppet. A pressure controlling device(10) comprises a housing(30) for forming a fluid path between a first fluid port(46) and a second fluid port(48), a poppet disposed in the housing and a friction member(78) fixed to the housing. The poppet operates between a first state, in which the first fluid and second fluid ports communicate with each other and a second state, in which the first and second ports are blocked. The poppet includes a structure(75), which moves along an shaft of the housing and includes a magnet. The friction member is connected to the structure. The friction member includes iron and makes friction with a portion of the poppet to attenuate a resonance of the poppet in the second state.</p> |
