<p>A fish pass to be placed between a first, lower water body and a second, higher water body, for example at a dam, through which pass fish can swim from the first water body to the second water body, comprising a gutter positioned between a fish inlet provided with an outflow opening, which is to be placed in the first water body and a fish outlet provided with an inflow opening, which is to be placed in the second water body, as well as floating means to enable one end of the gutter to float when placed in one of the two water bodies, wherein said floating means are provided at or near the outflow opening.
