A learning system of a song using Internet is provided to allow a user to download a user's album by composing and editing user's images and songs in a web server. A learning system of a song using Internet includes a user computer, a web server, and a song learning database, and a member information database. The song learning database has an image section(110), a lyrics section(120), a singer's song section(130), a user's image section(140), and a user's song section(150). The user's image section has the same size as the image data so as to record user's song and image. The user's song section has the same size as the singer's song data. The image, lyrics, singer's song, user's image, and user's song sections are divided into bars of a predetermined size where start signal bits(101,102,103,104,105) are sequentially inserted so as to be converted into an MFEG file and stored.
