A surface modified multi-barrel type plating device is provided to facilitate an exchange work for a plating solution and a collection work for a plated object by forming a plurality of barrels separately from each other. A surface modified multi-barrel type plating device comprises a rotation shaft(21), which is installed in a plating tub(20) containing an electrolytic solution, a rotation drum(22) integrally formed in the middle of the rotation shaft, and a barrel(30) detachably installed on the rotation drum. The rotation drum and the barrel have a plurality of through holes(22,34) such that metal ion is electro-deposited on a plating object corresponding to a flow of the electrolytic solution. An inclination plate(31) is installed on the bottom surface of the barrel and rotates by a motor.
