PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing organisms on an electric field detector, capable of preventing aquatic organisms as a noise source from being deposited or living. SOLUTION: A cavity part 2 is formed in an outer cylinder 1, an electrode 3 is arranged in the cavity part 2, a sea water taking-in port 5 for communicating the cavity part 2 with the outer cylinder 1 is formed in one end part of the outer cylinder 1, and an organism preventive filter 10 is further formed in the sea water taking-in port 5. The organism preventive filter 10 comprises organism preventive rubber, and has small holes 11 as a water channel in one ore more of portions.
