<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector for dynamical quantity capable of detecting dynamical quantities stably and with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The detector for dynamical quantity having a pair of vibrators 20<SB>-1</SB>, 20<SB>-2</SB>, and at its operation time, producing a drive state, in which drive voltages are applied to drive electrodes 28<SB>-1</SB>-28<SB>-4</SB>of the vibrators so as to have respective vibrators excited in reverse phase, and detecting the dynamical quantity based on displacements of the vibrators in the drive state is characterized in that a DC voltage V<SB>B</SB>is applied to the vibrators in a non-drive state, in which the vibrators are not excited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
