FIELD: packages, particularly liquid metering devices for package filling with liquid product in the case of manual package installation in filling station or package movement by conveyer thereto. ^ SUBSTANCE: metering device comprises supply tank with liquid to be metered provided with supply pipe and compressed air bleeding pipe, supply line and pressure sensor, which determines total pressure at supply pipeline inlet. The pressure sensor is made as bubble pipe. Metering device also has pipeline for package filling with liquid having two-inlet pneumatic valve and discharge head, control means with automatic total pressure proportional controller, which regulates total pressure at supply line inlet and with timing means for metering time countdown. Timing means is made as independent electronic unit including touch-sensitive electric volumetric sensor, electronic timer with integrated electric power supply, electro-pneumatic transducer and reverse power amplifier. Touch-sensitive electric volumetric sensor output is linked to electronic timer input. Electronic timer output is connected to the first control input of pneumatic valve through electro-pneumatic transducer and to the second control input of pneumatic valve through electro-pneumatic transducer and reverse power amplifier. ^ EFFECT: increased metering accuracy. ^ 1 dwg |
