FIELD: drum collector for electric machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: drum collector contains bearing element (1) in form of a bushing, manufactured of isolating extrusion material, a set of metallic conductive segments (3), which are mounted evenly around axis (2) of collector and on ends of which connecting eyelets (8) are positioned, and circular interference suppressing disk (4), electrically connected to conductive segments (3) in the area of ends, positioned oppositely to connecting eyelets (8). Conductive segments (3) in the area of ends, positioned oppositely to connecting eyelets (8), are fitted with resilient contact bolts (10) basically formed as axial fingers. Commutation system, containing drum collector, contains at least two brushes, which protrude in axial directions beyond the bases of contact bolts (10). In accordance to claimed method for manufacturing the drum collector, bearing element is applied to conductive template by extrusion. In the second variant of the method, external cover (24) is additionally created of extrusion material and/or internal collar of extrusion material. ^ EFFECT: creation of durable, reliable, interference-protected drum collector with same dimensions as those of drum collector of identical constructive parameters without interference protection. ^ 4 cl, 7 dwg |
