PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost, by restraining damage of a component. SOLUTION: In this key cylinder 10, when a rotor 20 is rotated by inserting a normal key into the rotor 20, the rotor 29 rotates independently of a sleeve 12, and a link plate 52 rotates around a rotary shaft 56. Thus, a cable 58 connected to a circular hole 52C of an unsupported side end part of the link plate 52, vertically moves. While, when the rotor 20 is rotated by inserting an insertion member except for the normal key into the rotor 20, the rotor 20 and the sleeve 12 integrally rotate, and the link plate 52 rotates around the circular hole 52C overlapping with the axis of the rotor 20.
