PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform ultrasonic washing even with a reduced amount of a washing solution, by surely making the washing solution present between the output terminal of an ultrasonic output means and a washing surface. SOLUTION: A washing liquid supply port is provided at the output end of an ultrasonic irradiation horn, and the substrate face of a printed board is disposed to face the output end of the ultrasonic irradiation horn.
