A cylindrical film cooling apparatus is provided to improve cooling efficiency and productivity by shortening cooling time and extruding a cylindrical film in high speed. A cylindrical film cooling apparatus includes a die(11) for melting resin and extruding the resin into a cylindrical film(F), upper and lower disk plates(20,30) inserted into the film(F) while being fixed below the middle of the die, a water tank(40) provided below the die and including an overflow tube(41), a water ring(50) concentrically arranged at the outside of the lower disk plate and including a plurality of water outlet holes, a water supply pipe(60) projected upward from the upper and lower disk plates, a water distributing plate(70) provided above the water supply pipe, a water discharge pipe(80) passed through a lower part of the middle of the lower disk plate, a knife provided at the front and rear lower part of the middle of the water ring and cutting the film, and a pair of guide rollers(100,200) provided at both sides of the water tank and respectively guiding transfer of the cut film. |
