PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric gear pump capable of compacting it, while surely preventing leakage of a hydraulic fluid to the motor side. SOLUTION: This electric gear pump 10 has an outer rotor 34 having internal teeth 34a and composed of a magnetic material such as carbon steel, an inner rotor 35 having external teeth 35a meshing with the internal teeth 34a, a pump part 30 having a rotor housing 31 storing both these rotors 34 and 35 and composed of an aluminum alloy, and a motor part 20 stored in a motor housing 21 isolated from the rotor housing 31. A magnet 26 constitutes a rotor 23 of the motor part 20, and is formed with a projection part 26a arranged in the vicinity to the outer rotor 34 in a state of interposing a side part 32c from an external part of the rotor housing 31, magnetically attracting the outer rotor 34 in the axial direction and constituting a driving magnet for rotating the outer rotor 34 in response to rotation of the motor part 20.
