An RFID reader (130) is placed on the lower surface of the body holding member (114). A holding recess (115) for holding the cylinder body (211) is provided in the body holding member (114), and a through-hole is formed in the holding recess (115). An antenna sheet (131) is inserted in the through-hole. One end of the antenna sheet (131) is placed on the inner surface of the holding recess (115) and the other end is faced to the RFID reader (130).</p>
