SURFACTANT FOR SUPERCRITICAL EXTRACTION, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

A surfactant for supercritical extraction and a method for preparing the surfactant are provided to improve the formation of microemulsion and to enhance the environmental friendliness of supercritical extraction by using no harmful solvent. A surfactant for supercritical extraction is represented by the formula 11 or 12. A method for preparing the surfactant comprises the steps of adding tetrabutyldimethylsilyl chloride(TBDMSCl) to 5-amino-8-hydroxy-quinoline; reducing the obtained compound in the presence of a catalyst to an amine compound; reacting the obtained amine compound with C5H11-CHO and reducing the obtained one to prepare an amine compound; reacting the obtained amine compound with C5H11-COCl or C5F11-COCl to prepare an amide compound; and removing the hydroxyl protecting group.
