PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding sleeve excellent in management in a narrow space, capable of restraining degradation of electromagnetic shielding capacity at its bent part, and yet, capable of easily covering an end the wire or a connector. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic shielding sleeve 10 is provided with a shielding body 11 with conductive metal wires cylindrically twisted, and a diameter of the shielding body 11 is reduced from its natural state as it is extended in an extension direction. The shielding body 11 is covered with an elastic material made of a polymer material, and its reduced state is maintained with an alignment state of the twist fixed by the elastic material 12. An end part of the electromagnetic shielding sleeve 10 maintained in the reduced state by the elastic material 12 is to be easily enlarged nearly to its natural state from the reduced state by having the elastic material 12 elastically deformed.
