PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member mount having novel construction actualizing sufficient durability by giving effective pre-compression on a body rubber elastic material and allowing easy reuse of an inner cylinder member having no problem of deterioration, and to provide its novel manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The body rubber elastic material 16 is formed with an integrally vulcanized molding 40 having an outer cylinder member 14 vulcanized and adhered onto the outer peripheral face. An outer periphery rubber 32 is fixed and formed onto the outer peripheral face of the outer cylinder member 14. On the other hand, the inner cylinder member 12 is formed separately of the body rubber elastic material 16 and pressed and assembled into a center hole 34 of the body rubber elastic material 16. The outer diameter size of the inner cylinder member 12 is larger than the inner diameter size of the center hole 34 of the body rubber elastic material 16.
