摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for demonstrating the fill-up effect and safety of a filler placed in a hole, by in-situ measuring its water-sealing performance. SOLUTION: This system 1 for water-sealing test is equipped with a measurement probe 3; a packer drive control device 5 capable of supplying water pressure, etc. to an inflatable packer 30 in measurement; a measurement/control device 7, capable of calculating the in-situ coefficient of permeability and intensity of the filler from data measured by pressure/temperature measurement; sensors 37 and 38, after water is injected from a water injection means 39 of the measurement probe 3. The measurement probe 3 comprises the inflatable packer 30, sticking fast to a hole wall surface by being expanded by water pressure, etc.; a lead-out port 35 for water injection capable of minute flow water conveyance provided in a measurement base part container 31 on the lower end part of the packer 30, a lead-in port 36 for pressure measurement provided apart from the lead-out port 35 by a prescribed distance, the measurement sensors 37 and 38 capable of measuring pressure, etc. at the ports 35 and 36, and the injection means 39 capable of injecting water to the lead-out port 35.
