<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory, an electronic musical instrument, a training system and a program, in which motivation for performance practice of a student is raised and the performance practice is joyously continued. <P>SOLUTION: When the student holds his/her own accessory over the electronic musical instrument for students with power switched on, the electronic musical instrument for students acquires user information from the accessory, and then logs in to a server based on the acquired user information. Then, the electronic musical instrument for students acquires character information from the accessory, and generates a character based on the acquired character information, and displays the generated character on a display device. Moreover, the electronic musical instrument acquires prize information and lesson information of the student from the server, and based on the acquired prize information, the generated character is changed (a).
