<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid increase of unnecessary traffic and to clarify the responsibility with respect to the operation contents, by allocating the operation of an operation request e-mail to a worker by receiving declaration of intention of the worker himself. <P>SOLUTION: A mail box control mechanism 21 refers to a storage part 24 and transfers the received operation request e-mail to default delivery as an e-mail address, for example, of a responding personnel (a). The transferred e-mail is stored in the e-mail address of the responding personnel (a), in a mail box 242 of a storage part 3; after that, when trust consent information from the responding personnel (a) is not received by a consent notification receiving means 22, even if predetermined fixed time t has elapsed, the mail box control mechanism 21 transfers the e-mail to an e-mail address of responding personnel of the next transfer destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
