A pattern amendment device and an application unit thereof are provided to amend a defect part without moving an application needle between a receptacle and a defect part by using a simple composition. A receptacle(21) includes a first hole(21a) formed at a bottom thereof. An amendment fluid(22) is injected through the first hole to the receptacle. An application needle(24) has the same diameter as the diameter of the first hole in order to apply the amendment fluid on a defect part. A first straight guiding member is formed to support the receptacle and the application needle. A second straight guiding member is formed to support the receptacle and the application needle in order to move relatively the receptacle and the application needle in a vertical direction. A driving unit moves vertically the receptacle and the application needle. The driving unit protrudes a front end of the application needle from a first hole in order to attach the amendment fluid to the front end of the application needle.
