摘要 A method for managing lodging of customers in a hotel is provided to reduce custody for storing paid bills for a long time and prevent conflict with clients and financial loss due to loss of the paid bills. A customer inputs a signature on a sign pad for a standard customer signature registration when the customer checks in at a front of the hotel. A credit card of the customer is opened. Standard signature of the customer is stored in a database of a main server. When the customer checks out at the front of the hotel, the front inquires and outputs a folio for checking transaction details of the customer through online inquiry by connecting to the main server. The customer confirms the folio and a bill attached to the folio. If the customer confirms the folio, a client computer of the front inquires the bill of the customer on a screen by connecting to the main server. The bill is paid by making the customer input the signature on the sign pad after the customer confirms the bill on the screen. Payment is approved if the inputted signature is identical with the standard signature and the bill is stored in the database.
