<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of wear resistant product capable of improving wear resistance of a surface layer by adequately hardening a hard coat layer. <P>SOLUTION: A plastic spectacle lens as a wear resistant product in which the hard coat layer is formed on a base material is manufactured. A hard coat layer formation process comprises: an application process of applying a hard coat liquid which is hardened by hydrolytic reaction and condensation reaction on the base material; a drying process of drying the hard coat liquid after the application process to form a coated film; and a pressurization process of pressurizing the coated film after the drying process to harden the coated film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
